Happy Spring UFWWP Friends and Family!

‘Tis the season of March Madness and persistent practices! Our girls have been working hard in the pool in preparation for our upcoming tournaments beginning in April. Along with some team bonding, we have been volunteering with the UF Triathlon Club and are looking forward to helping out the men’s team this coming weekend at the annual Spring in the Swamp tournament!

We also recently had 2 fantastic fundraisers partnering with Chick-fil-A and Bolay. We send a big thank you to all who came out to show their support for the team!

Outside of the pool, we had some of our girls represent Gamma Phi Beta in a kickball tournament where we took home the 1st place trophy! A few of us have also been involved in intramural dodgeball, going undefeated so far.

UCF: April 6th-7th

Southeast Division Championships (FSU): April 13th-14th

PLAYER SPOTLIGHT

Lillie Herron is a 3rd year Business Administration major with a specialization in Professional Selling and a minor in Economics from Orlando, Florida. Last year she was our social chair for the team, responsible for organizing many parties and social team bonding events. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, hanging out with her friends, going to the gym, and is involved in the UF-AMA Sales Club!
